In Memory: Greg Breen, of TBS Southam, Has Died

TBS are in a state of shock today. Greg Breen, from the Sales team at our Southam branch, died at home yesterday of a suspected stroke. He was only 39.

Greg had been with the company for 5 years, first as a customer loader at Daventry and then, when Southam opened, as Sales coordinator. He commuted from the outskirts of Birmingham, which shows how dedicated he was.

Customers and staff alike will miss his down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach, his dry sense of humour and his good business brain.  Behind the scenes, though, he was a friend who knew how to share deeper, more personal things.

  1. Greg was definitely a legend and we’ll miss him greatly at Southam. His ability to make the sales office collapse in laughter will be sadly missed. He was also an exceptional salesman.

  9. All I can think of is all the banter. I smile at the thought of him being a right handful and wonder whether it’s possible for him to be a mischievous chappy in heaven. Other than that still can’t get my head round such a terrible loss – been thinking & praying for TBS & cornerstone lots.

  10. What a guy…and ‘its certainly been emotional’! I’ve spent the last 4 months learning all I can from Greg, he’s been a real pillar for me in that time and we’ve had such a good laugh..and of course a few downers! Going to miss him greatly, but I know he’s in a far better place now.
